Hi! I'm Jen, the artist and owner of Ruby Rose Studio. I'm a one-woman-shop owner operating in the wee town of Orient, Ohio (a suburb of Columbus.)

I also hold the title of "Busy Momma," "Pet Wrangler," "Girl Scout Leader," and (occasionally) "Domestic Goddess."

My in-home studio is surrounded by a gorgeous ravine of mature oaks, dogwoods, and maples that inspire me daily. Kali, my canine supervisor, schedules all studio appointments and oversees general operations.

Ruby Rose Studio was formed in 2006 as a small decorative finishing and interior design consultation firm. In 2009, I came down off the ladders and decided to start creating original wall art, selling my hand-made goodies to customers at juried art festivals, markets, and fairs and taking privately commissioned art orders from art lovers around the country.

In 2015, I dove into the wholesale business, creating home decor products and artwork for retail stores. Without a clue of where to get started, or how to launch such a venture, I landed one year later with my work being sold in 16 stores in 12 different states.

What I do now:

• I continue to travel to art festivals around the Midwest
• I exhibit in local galleries in the Columbus area
• I market and sell my work to fabulous artisan gift galleries around the country
• I sell my work online
• I take commissioned orders creating "just the right thing" for your residential or commercial space
