To most people, art is very personal. And it should be.

When you are commissioning a work, specifically for YOUR SPACE, I want it to be meaningful to you. Which leads me to the quad-collection, "Strong Women" (upper part of this gallery page.)

The client that commissioned this collection gave me simple direction: "I want you to create something for this wall. Earthy, with a little color, and lots of texture."

While daydreaming about the space, her personality, her family, and her lifestyle-- I was inspired to create a quad-collection that featured an Asian-inspired medallion and Chinese characters that translate, "strong women."

The client was an independent, single woman, with three adult daughters cut from the same cloth.
